Remote Computer Service
NetSpecs offers Remote Computer Support to repair computer problems that do not require on-site support.  This service is $65.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $65.00. 

FIRST: Please call (253) 312-3809 for availability.

Once we have coordinated a mutually convenient time for the remote assistance...

SECOND: Click HERE to begin the Remote Session.

THIRD: Follow the directions below for your prefered internet browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox).

INSTRUCTIONS

Internet Explorer:
After clicking "HERE" in step 2... you will see the following screens:

Click "RUN"...then:

Click "RUN"...then:

Double click on "INTERNET SUPPORT".  That's it.  Your computer will send ther service request to us and we will perform the required work. 

 Firefox:
After clicking "HERE" in step 2... you will see the following screens:

Click "SAVE FILE"...then:

Click "TOOLS", select "DOWNLOADS"...then:

Click "OPEN"...then:

Click "RUN"...then:

Double click on "INTERNET SUPPORT".  That's it.  Your computer will send ther service request to us and we will perform the required work.
